21st May Election Day BBQ Help Needed

We need your help on the 21st of May (Election Day) for our Parish School Forum fundraiser for the Year 6's.

We are hosting a sausage sizzle to be held from 8 am to 2 pm (7am Set up & start cooking) at the St Johns Hall.

We will be selling Bacon and Egg Rolls | Sausage & Bread | Drinks & Water on the day.

Roles we need volunteers for on the day: Set up, cooking, serving customers, pack down etc. We would like to know what times you can help with. We need 1 hour of your time. We hope with will fill the spaces, ideally 4 people per hour :)
