Hi friend!  This is just a brief questionnaire so I know how to help you best. Once you fill this out and I know you have everything necessary to start your journey is when I'll send you over my weekly tracker with details on how I will help keep you accountable on your  journey.

I've learned that not everybody feels held accountable in the same way, which brought me to doing a weekly tracker. It will be the type of tracker that helps you see your progress,  identify any blind spots you might have in your journey,  it will also helps me help you grow at the stage of life you are in.
