Kinsmen Centre Hall Rental Request
The facility is to be used only on the date or dates and hours and for the purpose as stated on this request. Hours as specified include set-up and clean-up. Access at any other time must be prearranged. Should Kinsmen personnel be required to stay past the hours specified on the permit, an additional fee will be charged.

Liability or Event Insurance

Security Deposit
To secure the date requested a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is due 3 weeks prior to the date.  If the deposit is not received the date will be made available to the next group or individual requesting the date.  Exceptions will be made for a wake or memorial service.  You will receive confirmation via email or phone call securing the date.
