Dear Parents,

We will be offering a Breakfast Club next half term to pupils in all years groups. There will be a group for children in years 3 & 4 and a group for children in years 5 & 6. These will be run by the support staff working within those year group bubbles. If, however, interest in the Breakfast club significantly increases we may have to revert to year group clubs again.

Breakfast options will include cereal or toast, milk and juice. The charge is £4 per session, payable in advance or if you are in receipt of childcare vouchers we are now registered to accept vouchers from Edenred, Care 4, Government Childcare, Faircare, Sodexo, Reward Gateway and Computer Share. Please let us know if you would like to use vouchers from another provider.

Pupils are to arrive at the front gate between 7:45 and 7:50am where a member of staff will meet them. If your child arrives after this time they will have to come in via the school office. Please make every effort to arrive on time as it is very disruptive for the rest of the group when a child is late. If your child is absent or will not be attending breakfast club for any reason, please leave a voicemail message on the school absence line or e-mail the office to inform us before 8am. Children will be escorted to their classrooms at the end of the session.

If your child no longer requires the place please advise the school office as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your booked sessions or issue any refunds once your booking has been processed. However, if your child is absent due to illness or having to self- isolate the credit for the sessions missed will be carried over to the following term.
