If yes, and you'd like meals sent home with them for the weekend, please fill out this form.

Students will swing through the cafeteria on the last day of the school week and grab these meals to bring home for the weekend. One student can grab the meals for all family members if needed.

A paper version of this form is being sent home with all elementary students as they will receive their meals in their own buildings to bring home.
