I'm so happy you've found your way here and are interested in exploring mentorship together. I remember when I came out of my first YTT almost a decade ago I was overwhelmed with the yoga world and felt like a small fish in a massive sea.
I had big dreams of "making it" but I needed direction and I needed confidence.
I also knew that if I was going to make a name for myself, I needed to sharpen my skills and really find my own authenticity.
I yearned for a mentor to guide me on my journey and help me find my voice and path as a teacher.
It has taken me years of dedicated practice, training, and mentoring, to arrive at the place I am today--where I truly feel confident + embodied in my teaching and have students reflect that back to me after every class. And, its an on going practice!
I feel so passionate about working with teachers to deepen their practice, step more confidently into themselves, and quite simply- become a better teacher! Let's be honest, there are a LOT of yoga teachers out there and not all of them are good ones.
It's important that you know my mentoring is focused on embodiment-- truly BEING the most authentic version of yourself. As its from that place that the best teaching comes. This mentorship will be focused on sequencing, poetic languaging, and authentically sharing your unique medicine as a teacher.
