Highline College Unofficial Transcript Request
This form is intended for former students who attended Highline College prior to Spring 2015 who need to request a copy of their unofficial transcript.

Current or former students who have attended Highline College in Spring 2015 or later can access their unofficial transcript online through ctcLink (https://www.highline.edu/ctclink/students/). The unofficial transcript can be found under "My Academics" and "View my unofficial transcript." If you have not activated your ctcLink account, you can activate your account following the "First Time User" function.  

IMPORTANT: This form is ONLY for UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT requests for students who attended Highline between 1994 and Spring 2015. For official transcripts orders, please see our webpage (https://admissions.highline.edu/transcripts) for instructions on how to submit an order through Parchment.

ATTENDED PRIOR TO 1994: If you attended prior to 1994, your records may be on microfiche and archived. An official transcript request will be required to locate your records. You may request your official transcript in the link provided on this webpage. Please allow 10 business days to retrieve and build your record.

Once we receive this form, we will send an email with a copy of your unofficial transcript. Most requests are processed within 2-3 business days (Excluding weekends and holidays). Please make sure to check your inbox/spam/junk/promotions folder for an email from outgoingtranscripts@highline.edu.
