Abortion | Havdalah Gathering
Havdalah (“distinction” in Hebrew) is our Jewish ritual of transition from sacred time to ordinary time.
Friday, June 24th, the Supreme Court created a devastating “ordinary” in America. Join Rabbi Jessica Shimberg at the end of this Shabbat Sh’lach for an opportunity to share space to grieve a post-Roe America. Then, we will make Havdalah and begin a new week.
First, we gather. We grieve. We collect our energy in community and alone.
And then, we WORK, we VOTE, we DONATE, we CARE, we COLLABORATE, we PERSIST!
