Application for Bahamian Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship at LCIS

LCIS graduates are working and studying in countries across the globe. Because of the renowned International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes offered by the school, alumni receive acceptance into the world’s top universities, including Yale, Cornell, Stanford, UC Berkeley, University of Toronto, McGill, Oxford, University of London and more. Our graduates are often offered scholarships to attend university because of the rigorous preparation of our curriculum and extracurricular activities. The Class of 2022 (24 graduates) were offered $2 million in scholarships to attend university.

Through its tuition assistance programme, LCIS is committed to providing its globally recognised education to students who would otherwise not be able to attend. The programme benefits only Bahamian families.

Application Guidelines
The Bahamian Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship is targeted to students who exemplify outstanding academic achievement and strong leadership potential. The awards are targeted to prospective families who would not normally be able to cover the full cost of attendance at LCIS.

The deadline to complete your application is 10 March 2023. Only completed applications will be considered. Please note that the completion of this form is not considered a formal application to LCIS.

Shortlisted candidates must take and assessment, participate in an interview with a committee and pay a $150 admissions processing fee. The successful applicants will be announced on 5 April 2023.
