Consignor Check In: Scan one tagged item at the computer and confirm email address to point your tags electronically to the Springfield sale. Note: if you have not registered and clicked the Tagging button after registering, you will show no inventory. Please make sure both of these items are complete.

If you have a Fast Pass (promo codes were sent to every current FP consignor twice by email-Search “fast pass”) you MUST claim it and show it to Mendy or Tennille at the front desk-we will not have the ability to look it up.

Clothing Drop Off: See Shari for assistance

1. Fast Pass or valet use right doors to the west gym and hang clothing in appropriate size/gender/category. Your JUNIORS items need to go in the staging area at the FRONT of the juniors section to be checked for style. REMEMBER YOU WILL LOSE THE FAST PASS FOR ONE PULL AND FOR NOT HANGING ITEMS BY GENDER/SIZE/CATEGORY.

2. New/returning consignors needing clothing inspection use left doors to the west gym and hang clothing in appropriate size/gender as they are inspected.

3. Juniors clothing will be hung in a staging area BY SIZE to be put out by the team after being checked for style. (midde clothing aisle)

4. Maternity--We no longer sell maternity clothing

5. Hang items by size, gender and TYPE (sections are marked on sizers; clothing BEHIND the appropriate sizers)

6. If you have a question about a "no thank you" item, it must be addressed at inspection. Pick up area lighting is poor and we are not able to overturn head inspector decisions at that step

Non-Clothing Drop Off: Leave all non-clothing in respective drop zones. Please check each box to complete this step. See diagram below for floor plan. You will lose your Fast Pass for leaving any items missing pieces, without batteries, or otherwise not acceptable, so make sure you review the signs in each area for what we do not accept!

Books/Games/Media/Electronics/Crafts (east gym-drop on head table)

Toys (east gym-drop on tables for girls/boys/toddlers) NO BIKE HELMETS OVER 5 YEARS.

Bed/Bath/Baby items (east gym-drop on head table back of the room)

Have any small items of high value (clothing, shoes, accessories, or family fun)? Take them to our new high value area to have it secured OR ask the team leader in the appropriate zone for assistance. We will NOT accept a "missing item" report on a high value item that was not properly tagged or secured by the consignor.
