10 Punch Card - $65

Punch Cards will be kept at Sackville Heights Community Centre. For every class check in with the staff person at the front desk to have your card punched for that class.

New 10 class Punch Cards can be purchased from the staff person anytime during Zumba Gold.

Upon completing this form, please send EMT payment to shccprograms@gmail.com.

When the payment has been received, your Punch Card will be created with your name.

Punch Cards will Expire on April 25th. Refunds will not be issued for unused classes. Once a Punch Card has expired, a new Punch Card must be purchased or the Drop In Fee must be paid. *
