  2. Either East Isles residents, business owners/lessees of property in the neighborhood, or designated representatives of a nonprofit, educational organization, or government organization in East Isles;
  3. Able to commit to attending monthly Board Meetings and serve on one Committee;
  4. Willing to volunteer.
