This information is used to ensure that we as parents are keeping up with our volunteer goals. By filling out this form your email address is added to our volunteer email list. Approximately monthly, we will send PO meeting minutes and/or volunteer signups unless you opt out below. You will receive an emailed receipt each time you log your hours here.
