The Assessment of Teaching Skills - Written   (ATS-W) Review Workshops- Summer 2021
All SoE graduates from SPRING 2020 to SPRING 2021 are eligible to participate in the ATS-W workshop sessions, however, priority will be given to SPRING 2021 graduates. The workshops will prepare candidates for the ATS-W New York State Teacher Certification Examinations which are offered at both the Elementary level, and the Secondary level.   Since either test will now be accepted to satisfy the NY State certification requirement, students may sign up for either level (Elementary or Secondary). Participants should review the 'Test Design Framework' for the appropriate ATS-W (Test Design & Frameworks) and the test exemplars at this link (https://www.ccny.cuny.edu/ltrcenter/certification_exams) in preparation for the workshop sessions.
