Butler Area School District Meal Order Form
Beginning on June 9th, any child under 18 is eligible for free meals. Families can pick up a free 7 day meal bundle for their child/children once a week. Pickup will be every Wednesday from 11 am to 1 pm at McQuistion Elementary School, newly opened Broad Street Elementary School, and Senior High School. 

Please sign up ONE TIME using this form. If you need to make a change to your order or cancel, please contact Helen Walker at 724-214-3223 or helen_walker@butler.k12.pa.us.

The last pick up for the summer will be on Wednesday, August 18th.  This program is open to every child in the community regardless of whether they attend BASD. Menus will be posted on our website throughout the summer.

** If a child is attending summer camp at BASD, they should not pick up meals for those weeks. They will be able to eat at school.
