Trip cost is $2850 or $3125 based on lodging choice. $1,000 deposit due upon booking ($250 non-refundable). Balance due by January 15, 2023. An invoice will be sent to you once this form is received. You are very welcome to pay with credit card but note a 3% surcharge applies.

Pay with a check payable to Onward Travel LLC. If you select this option, please mail check to 32 Crist Lane / Walden, NY 12586. We will send you a receipt when payment is received. (No surcharge)
