New and Returning Community Gardener Registration 2023
This form is for all gardeners, whether it is your first year or you've been with us for many years. We ask that all gardeners register yearly.

Gather New Haven supports community gardens across New Haven. In order to plan our work, communicate effectively, and raise funds, we need accurate data on how many gardeners are engaged in our sites.  This data is kept strictly confidential and only released in aggregate form.  

Please fill out this registration completely. NOTE: Demographic and income information will be held strictly confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form in order to qualify for pubic and foundation grants.  

We also ask for a voluntary registration fee to help support our work with gardeners. Please select the fee in the survey that applies to you and go here to make your payment to Gather New Haven: https://gathernewhaven.org/donate .
