All products leaving the studio will meet FDA label requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (

Retailers will need to provide a tax exempt form if they will be reselling to the public, and follow the same regulatory compliance and any sales tax regulations according their municipality. Products purchased for retail distribution that bear Trail Botanica's logo may not be resold online at any time.
