The product must be in brand new condition, unwashed, free from stains, odors, and/or any external debris with all original tags attached. Shoes must be free from any scuffs or marks from wear and soles must be in brand new condition. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Any item ending in $.99, Deals of the Day, seasonal/holiday, mystery purchases, hats/headwear, jewelry, skincare/makeup, CBD products, undergarments, & all edible/consumable products. Other items may also be final sale when noted. NO RETURNS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE HONORED FOR THESE ITEMS.
We are unable to accept returns without this form completed. Any returns that do not follow our guidelines may be refused or may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to our warehouse. We receive many packages each day and will get that return processed for you as soon as we can!
