Your satisfaction is important to us! However sometimes the fit, feel, or color is not quite what you expected. If that's the case, please fill out the form below before you return your items.

We are happy to return your item(s) for store credit within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. The product must be in brand new condition, unwashed, free from stains, odors, and/or any external debris with all original tags attached. Shoes must be free from any scuffs or marks from wear and soles must be in brand new condition. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Awarded credits, coupons, and/or any other rewards will be forfeited upon return of item.

**THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Any item ending in $.99, Deals of the Day, seasonal/holiday, mystery purchases, hats/headwear, jewelry, skincare/makeup, CBD products, undergarments, & all edible/consumable products. Other items may also be final sale when noted. NO RETURNS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE HONORED FOR THESE ITEMS.

We are unable to accept returns without this form completed. Any returns that do not follow our guidelines may be refused or may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to our warehouse. We receive many packages each day and will get that return processed for you as soon as we can!

If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email hello@charmingandmain.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description, and the order number within 7 days of receipt of the item.
