General - Liberation Fund Application Form 2021/22

The Students’ Union Liberation Fund exists to support projects, campaigns and events that aim to challenge structural oppression and support marginalised communities, including BAME, LGBT+, trans, disabled and women students. The fund is open to all Students’ Union representatives and affiliated student groups.

This form is for projects that do not fall under one of the Students' Union's annual liberation campaigns. To help us make a decision about your application, please try and include as much detail as possible. Where possible, we recommend you source quotes and research costs in detail before applying.

Applications to the general part of the Liberation Fund are reviewed by the Students' Union's Welfare Board.

Please submit this form at least 6 weeks before your project is due to start.

We normally aim to be in touch with the outcome of your application within 10 working days.

Please note: This form is for projects that are NOT part of the Students' Union's annual liberation campaigns
