WHAT WE COVER THIS WEEKEND:
The scope of this seminar is everything that takes place from the initial phone call inquiry until patient startup (including first treatment).  This includes #MATH (understanding your practice needs) and DESIGNING YOUR LIFE™ instead of living off the breadcrumbs.  This includes command presence, first contact, setting the stage, phone handling, teleportation (not a typo), objection mindset, patient communication, best practices, efficiency, drills, setting the stage, and how to startup a new patient on a simple 10 visit treatment plan.  We do not hold back.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER THIS WEEKEND:  
This seminar does NOT cover marketing.  If you master the skills we teach this weekend, you will not find yourself in the situation of "I need new patients yesterday or I won't be able to keep the lights on."  We may throw in some marketing pearls but that is a bonus and not in the scope.

This seminar does NOT cover how to do larger plans like 20/40/60 visits.  You must first master 10 or you will never do 20 and above.

This seminar does NOT cover how to sign up patients for additional wellness plans once they finish their initial treatment.

This seminar does NOT cover how to startup $5k+ plans or Specialty cases.

This seminar does NOT cover how to set up maintenance plans / convert to maintenance care.

This seminar does NOT cover how to start a new clinic.

This seminar does NOT cover clinic layouts / choosing a new clinic location / any item related to this.

This seminar does NOT cover how to hire staff.

This seminar does NOT cover how to fill an associate's schedule - quickly or otherwise.


***Please understand, we MUST limit the scope of the event to keep focus.  We ONLY have TWO days to impart an enormous amount of knowledge!  This weekend is the foundational BASIS for every successful practice.  

Yes- we completely agree that you DO NEED all the out of scope.  Yes - you are correct.  

However, we only have 20 hours to teach and we can only cover so much.
We have honed in over 23 iterations of this event the 'MUST HAVES'.  These 'must haves' will make a MAGNIFICENT DIFFERENCE in your life and #SHIFT® the way you view the world as well as the way you practice.  These 'must haves' will give you a firm foundation and yield good monetary returns on your investment.

We cover all the "does NOT" material in our Advanced Mentoring Program.  You cannot do the Advanced stuff without first mastering the BASICS we teach this weekend.  This is why we do not accept people into our mentoring program who have not attended a #SHIFT® Event.

Refund Policy

This event is perishable.  Think of it in the same way as a rock concert or a plane ticket.  Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Because we are providing meals and evening entertainment, our contract with the hotel requires that we have a proper headcount 45 days prior to the event. 

Refunds will be applied at the following schedule:                                                                                          

50% refund for ANY reason PRIOR to July 1, 2023. 

No refunds after June 30th, 2023, at 11:59pmET regardless of the reason. 

COVID19 Amendment to our normal Refund Policy outlined above.

IF this EVENT IS CANCELED due to FORCE MAJEURE - i.e., not being able to get into the country, VENUE being closed down, airlines SHUT DOWN, etc., you may elect for either a refund or a credit towards the NEXT #SHIFT® Event.

This clause does NOT go into effect because you decide you do not feel comfortable coming or because your spouse/ significant other does not feel comfortable with you coming.  This clause ONLY goes into effect if the MASSACHUSETTS government places restrictions on our venue location to prevent this event from happening.  

IF you test positive for COVID-19, your registration fee will be 100% credited to the NEXT non-AMP Renegade / Mitowi Event. (Note - not a random future non-AMP Renegade / Mitowi Event, but the NEXT non-AMP Renegade / Mitowi Event.)

We are not responsible for the weather or if your planned flight, drive, or any other manner of transportation is impacted. NO REFUNDS OF ANY AMOUNT OR CREDIT OF ANY AMOUNT! 

All attendees may be required to take a COVID test prior to the seminar.

We guarantee that the room will probably be cold and someone will complain (bring layers), that we won't run out of coffee (coffee is for closers), that nobody will be doing qi gong in the back (they will be escorted out), that someone will rant about the price on Facebook and that there may be some profanity and some harsh truths will be heard and that you will laugh (with us) at yourself and have a great experience.              
We also promise that this won't be rehashed material from the 80's, no screenings, no seo, no wabbit season duck season dry needling debates, no gloom / doom, no law of attraction, vision board, corny scripts that has been the low standard for business seminars.

We receive the right to cancel unpaid invoices to move on down the registration list to offer someone else a seat.
