There are many different roles available,  please see appendix below with more detailed description and timelines of when each role is needed, you can tick as many as you wish, note the dates are advisory at this stage we just ask that you can be available for a minimum of 4 hours

The Upfest Crew

Here is a short description of the roles available at UPFEST PRESENTS. Please note the dates are advisory at this stage. You wouldn’t need to be available for all the dates we just ask that you can be available for a minimum of 4 hours


Wall Preparation- This take place throughout Bedminster, painting the existing and new walls in preparation for the artists arrival. Some of these require the use of scaffold and scissor lifts, but don’t worry if you’re not good with heights we have lots of ground level ones too.  

Artist liaison Roles- (need to be available for a whole day) This is a difficult role to describe as each artist has different needs, from mixing paint to holding ladders.
When 17th - 31st May

Production runner – Assisting the team both in the gallery and on the street with general set up and preparation. Driving license would be helpful as may involve visits to local suppliers
Assisting at Events- Helping set and pack up the individual events
