Hybrid or Fulltime Remote 7-12 Students
We would like to bring back 7-12 grade students on a Hybrid (2 days in school and 3 days remote) or Fulltime remote schedule for second semester. We are in the planning stages and would like to know how many students would prefer a Hybrid or a Fulltime remote schedule, so we can plan and develop cohorts. This choice would be for the remainder of the semester. We would not be able to entertain requests to switch during the semester. We appreciate your time and willingness to complete this survey so we can try to accommodate all students at CJSHS following the Health Department Guidelines and the Office Superintendent of Public Instruction Guidelines of reopening. This survey is open until midnight on Wednesday January 13, 2021. If we do not get a response, we will enroll your child into fulltime remote.
