2022 PROM SESSIONS
$25 per couple which includes (3) digital downloads. Code to download images will be sent via email to the person listed on this contract.

You will be asked to fill out a model release so that the images can be shared on social media. Please reach out if you have specific privacy requests. We will never post photos that clients are not comfortable sharing! *
BOOKING – In order to reserve your slot, you must pay for your slot up front. ($25) This must be submitted in order to hold your slot. Once your fee is received, your slot is secured. Any contracts that are submitted without the accompanying fee will not be added to the calendar. Failure to submit your fee will result in your date being reopened into the photographer’s schedule. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE – Fees for cancellations will only be refunded if 24 hours notice is given. If session is cancelled within 24 hours, the fee may be applied to future sessions, but must be used within 1 year of purchase. Photographer will provide a indoor alternative in the studio in the event of inclement weather. *

COOPERATION OF CLIENTS - Clients agree to cooperate during the session in the following ways: *

TURN-AROUND-TIME - Photos will be available 24 hours later. *

EDITING & RETOUCHING - Photographer will edit all images. Basic color correction, white balance, contrast, etc. will be performed. Editing requested by the client beyond basic adjustments shall be incurred at the cost of the client at a rate of no less than $10 per image, but subject to actual rates for professional photographic retouching service. Any images that are extensively edited at the discretion of the photographer will not incur extra fees. Client agrees to allow photographer to share images with other industry professionals if images require adjustments outside the photographer’s area of expertise. *

PHOTOGRAPHER'S STYLE - Images will be similar to those posted on the Photographer's website and social media.  as they represent the Photographer's style. Your photos will not be edited in any alternative style. *

IMAGE DELIVERY - Images will only be available digitally. Client can choose to purchase images separately. Galleries will be delivered via email link. We encourage you to share your images by downloading and sharing your favorites to your social media. We do not recommend sharing the gallery of images as anyone with access can purchase your files. *

STORING YOUR IMAGES - Clients acknowledge the photographer does not maintain an archive of images. Once your images are delivered, you will need to create multiple back-ups to ensure that your images aren't lost or damaged. Photographer makes no promises to re-deliver images once they are downloaded. Photographer reserves the right to impose an archive fee of $25 if the gallery needs to be reposted. *

PRINT RELEASE VS. COPY RELEASE - A print release will be issued to clients which allows you to print your photos in a lab of your choice. Dissatisfaction of images by labs other than those recommended or used by the photographer will not be guaranteed. The copyright refers to the creation of the images themselves. The creation of images the editing style and how they are delivered as final artwork is how they should remain. Changes to the artistic content of the photographs are a violation of the copyright and are subject to United States Copyright Laws and could impose a $300 per image violation for such alterations.  Client acknowledges that they are given the right to print the images (print rights) but not the right to change the appearance of the images (copyright). *
