Please fill out the following form to be part of the Holy Rosary Homeschool Group (HRHG) for the year 2019-20.  Here are a few things to note about this online registration form and our membership process:

    - You are not finished filling out this online form until you click SUBMIT at the very bottom after the entries for up to 10 children.

    - Your membership will be good for one year and will need to be renewed annually.  Even if you are a renewing member, you need to re-enter all the information. It does not carry over from previous years.

    -  We are a volunteer run organization (most of us are teachers of many children) so please allow up to one week for us to get back to you if you have questions.

    - Please email the Membership Coordinator at membership@holyrosaryhs.us if you have any questions.

We are waiving dues this year because we're not yet sure what all we will be offering. However, if you wish to support our group financially, you may send an amount of your choosing via PayPal to holyrosaryhs@gmail.com.  Please put DONATION in the subject line and then in the message line please enter your FAMILY NAME. If you wish to mail a check or correspondence, please send to: Holy Rosary Homeschool Group, PO Box 482, Banks, OR, 97106. Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
How Can I Help?
We are blessed with many gifted and talented members. Sharing your gifts is a wonderful way to get to know our members better as well as offering support and more options for our children. Please check any way you would like to serve within our group (check as many as apply or add your preference to "Other"). Many hands make light work!

I understand that participation these events or activities could include actions or tasks which might be hazardous to the participants. I release Holy Rosary Homeschool Group from all liability, costs and damages which might arise from participation in the above named events or activities. If the participant is a minor, I agree that the minor has my consent to participate in these events. I further provide my consent for Holy Rosary Homeschool Group to seek emergency treatment for the minor if necessary. I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment.
