NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY: 

When you arrive at the Walk 4 Water, photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises at Triple G Ranch, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the Event Hosts (International Needs Canada, Women Making a Difference, and Triple G Ranch). Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the activities and capabilities of the Event Hosts. 

You release the Event Hosts, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken during the event.

As consideration for being permitted by the Event Hosts (International Needs Canada, Women Making a Difference, and Triple G Ranch) and any of their affiliated organizations to participate in the event, I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of the Event Hosts or of any person or organizations affiliated with the Event Hosts, or any of their respective officers, agents, directors, employees or representatives (the “Releasees”) for any loss, injury, illness, or damage of any kind resulting from any participation in the trip that is or is alleged to be the result of the negligence or other acts or omissions, however caused, of the Releasees, or any of them. I hereby release all the Releasees from all actions, claims or demands that I, my heirs, executors, administrators, other legal representatives, and assigns may have resulting from my participation in the event.
