Join us from 10 - 11:30 am Wednesday, May 8 to understand how the environment you set up and the skills you’re using are not working to diffuse the conflict that has you feeling concerned about your own safety or the safety of library patrons and/or staff. This session will facilitate a discussion that intends to create a set of concrete ideas that can be quickly enacted if and when a conflict gets out of control and the safety of all can be maintained.
