There are four vendor types: Non-profit (registered 501c3), Craft, Commercial, and Food/Beverage. Fees are dependent upon the type of vendor and applications must accurately reflect one of these four options. All booth spaces are 12’x12’ standard, with a limited number of 12’x24’ spaces available at an additional cost.

1. Non-Profit: No sales allowed. Registered 501c3 preferred but not required.

2. Craft: Items for sale, made by vendor.

3. Commercial: Items for sale, not made by vendor.

4. Food/Beverage: Prepared food/beverage; can be tent or truck/trailer.

Non-Profits, Craft, and Commercial: Vendors may use tents or canopies only (no trucks/trailers). For safety reasons, tents and canopies must be secured and weighted, without exception. Non-compliance may result in removal from the Fair.

Food/Beverage: Food court spaces are very limited and applications may be subject to jury selection. Trucks/trailers are allowed for food vendors only, in addition to tents/canopies. For safety reasons, tents and canopies must be secured and weighted, without exception. Non-compliance may result in removal from the Fair. In addition to booth fees, food/beverage vendors pay 15% of gross sales to NENA at the close of the Fair on Sunday (more information in terms & conditions).
