Inventor / Innovator Survey
This short survey, by Professor Colleen Chien of the Diversity Pilots Initiative (DPI) (www.diversitypilots.org)  solicits your input on what becoming an inventor has meant to you. By answering the survey, you consent to having your responses shared, without attribution, with Professor Chien and members of the initiative for research and communication purposes, for example, in association with the "Innovator Diary" feature of the DPI website. At the end you will have the option to provide your name and contact information, as well as demographic information, and will have the opportunity to consent to having your first name and last initial  associated with your responses.  This information is optional and you may withdraw from the survey at any time without penalty.
