Coach Development Program
This form is intended for everyone who wants to take the next step in learning how to coach others in Lacrosse.

For details about the CDP, time schedule etc. please read the email.

Coaching Level 1 ("CL1") is open for everybody who wants to take their first step in becoming a certified coach. You can find more info in the email sent.

Pay attention to the sign-up deadline. Sign-up's after the deadline will not be processed even if this forms works.
If you want to sign-up after the deadline, please email info@lacrosse-academy.nl.
No-shows will be invoiced €30,- administration fee, cancellations after deadline will be processed as a no-show.

Participation is free for anyone who's a member of the Nederland Lacrosse Bond. When you are not a member, participation costs €50,- per person.
