③スキー、スノーボード等の使用にはケガ等の事故の危険性が伴う事を承知しています。
④スキービンディングの機能には安全の限界があり、使用者の安全を完全に保証するものではないことを承知しています。
⑤スノーボードビンディングには安全機能はなく、転倒、衝突等においてケガを防ぐ為のものではない事を承知しています。
⑥レンタル用具使用中の傷害、損害については使用者の責任である事を理解し、ショップの経営者や従業員に対し、クレームを 付けたり、訴訟を起こさない事に同意します。
⑦コース外での滑走は禁止されています 。規則を守りコース内でのみ滑走します。
注意事項 *レンタル商品の破損、紛失、盗難の場合、相当額の請求をさせて頂きます。
*個人的な理由によるキャンセルにつきましては、返金いたしかねます。

Terms & Conditions
① I have given the correct personal information required by the ski rental shop.
② I have confirmed that the set values of DIN are the same as the values on this document.
③ I understand that skiing is a dangerous sport and injury or accidents may occur while using rental equipments.
④ I understand that ski bindings have safety limits and cannot completely guarantee users safety.
⑤ I understand that snowboard bindings have no safety features and are not intended to prevent injury in the event of a fall, collision, etc.
⑥ I agree that the rental shop's management and employees are not responsible for any injuries, accidents or damage caused by myself and/or third party. I agree not to make any complaints or sue Rental Haus St. Anton and /or any staff in any situation.
⑦ Please note that skis may not be taken off courses.
**Please be noted that any damage, loss or robbery of the rental merchandise will be charged accordingly.
**Please also be noted that your payment is NON refundable when cancellation occurs under your own reasons.
