2023 AME/ABEA Winter Conference Registration

Conference Registration: $425.00 (includes two breakfasts, two lunches, evening reception, transportation to local businesses, conference supplies, and materials)
Accommodations: $375.88 ($187.94 per night, includes 13.9% tax rate)
Total Cost: $800.88

To Finalize and Pay for Registration: (This is for both AME and ABEA members)
Please make sure to secure permission from your CTE director and/or principal prior to attending the conference. You will also need to secure a Purchase Order addressed to the Arizona Marketing Education Association for the amount of the conference ($425.00). Checks can be made payable to the Arizona Marketing Education Association.

*Please note that the hotel payment is SEPARATE and you will need to call the hotel directly to book and pay for your hotel.

How to Reserve Your Room:
1. Secure permission from your CTE director and/or principal to attend the conference.
2. Secure a Purchase Order for the amount of the accommodations ($375.88). Be sure to include a copy of the conference flyer with your requisition.
3. Call the hotel to hold your reservation (928-203-5923). Ask for the Marketing Educators room block for January 26-28, 2023. You will need to provide your personal credit card to HOLD the reservation.
4. Send the hotel reservation confirmation to your business office so they can issue a check. Most hotels require the organizational check a minimum of ten (10) business days in advance of your stay.

Final Registration Deadline:
Please submit your registration form below and make your reservation at the hotel no later than December 9, 2022. Payment to AME must be submitted prior to the event.

ABEA members only:  An additional fee of $149 to cover the cost of your national membership dues to NBEA. This is ABEA members ONLY.
