All bookings are done on a first come first serve basis. Your shoot will be confirmed once this document has been completed, sent back to me and the full amount has been paid.

SHOOT DETAILS
Due to limited time slots for the Christmas sessions, if you are running late, the session time will be according to the time left. Sessions are fully booked and cannot be moved to a later slot.
Shoot times must be adhered to.

WEATHER
Tarryn Jordaan Photography shoots exclusively with natural light. Should the weather not allow for enough natural lighting, Tarryn Jordaan Photography reserves the right to cancel and reschedule for another day.
On location shoots are weather permitting and will be postponed in case of rain or bad weather.

COPY RIGHT & MODEL RELEASE
Tarryn Jordaan Photography reserve the right to use any photos taken by them and use in ads,  magazines, competitions, blogs, Facebook (including but not limited to) etc. without any compensation to the parties involved. Tarry Jordaan Photography owns copyrights for any and all images produced in connection with this agreement, including the right to reproduce or publicly display such images. Permission to print is released to the client with the understanding that Tarryn Jordaan Photography still owns the right to reproduce or publicly display any image. Client is not allowed to edit/crop/copy or change the colour of any images taken by Tarryn Jordaan Photography.  
The copyright of all photographs is owned by Tarryn Jordaan Photography. We, the client, give permission to Tarryn Jordaan Photography to use any image of our photo session for industry competitions and as required subsequent usage and for general promotional advertising for Tarryn Jordaan Photography. Tarryn Jordaan Photography is entitled to use all images produced for exhibitions, editorials, digital and print marketing, publications, educational DVDs and websites, and/or display purposes.

EDITING / GENERAL
Tarryn Jordaan Photography reserves the right to edit and release only those images creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards and style. Images are selected and edited at the photographer's discretion. No RAW files will be supplied.  
Please allow 1 weeks for your photos to be edited and completed. Your portraits are an investment and cannot be rushed.
Due to the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the client’s full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Tarryn Jordaan Photography may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions.

Images supplied should not be edited, altered, sold or reproduced.  
Once you received your images (via online download or USB), please copy the images and store in a safe location. Digital negatives of edited images will only be kept for 3 months.

PRINTING

I offer printing as an additional service. I print at high quality printers that maintain my colours etc. I cannot be held liable for printing done by yourself that does not print the same as the digital image that I have sent.

COURIER FEES

Should any items need to be couriered an additional fee of R150 will be charged.
