- Go to the application login page.
- Enter your application number under 'Manage your application'.
- Click the ‘Forgotten your PIN?’ link.
- Follow the prompts to receive an email containing a link to reset your PIN.
If your PIN doesn't seem to be working, check that you are using your UAC PIN and not your NESA PIN.
