Gwarancją udziału w zawodach jest:
- wypełnienie formularza zgłoszeniowego (do 16.12 włącznie)
- otrzymanie potwierdzenia zgłoszenia
- uiszczenie opłaty startowej
- dostarczenie wypełnionego PPC na adres entries@pfsa.com.pl

We guarantee your entry under following conditions:
- you signed in and received a confirmation (please check spam) - it may take same time, we need to proceed each entry.
- you have paid the entry fee
- you have sent the PPC to entries@pfsa.com.pl before the time of a draw (02.01.2020)
- you have paid for the single -licence of Polish Figure Skating Association (30PLN)
