1. I will cite the following paper in any submitted or published papers (or any publicly available text) of mine or my collaborators that use the FERGI dataset:

2. I will use the dataset for research purpose only.

3. I will not make any copies of the dataset available to members outside of my research laboratory.

4. For showing facial videos/images to subjects in other experiments, I will only use the videos/images of the following participants: 001, 002, 004, 005, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 015, 016, 017, 020, 021, 023, 024, 025, 026, 028, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 037, 038, 039, and 040.

5. For showing facial videos/images in classrooms to students, I will only use the videos/images of the following participants: 001, 004, 005, 007, 008, 010, 012, 015, 016, 017, 020, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 030, 032, 033, 034, 037, 038, 039, and 040.

6. For showing facial videos/images at meetings of scientists interested in the study of facial expression recognition systems, I will only use the videos/images of the following participants: 001, 002, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 010, 011, 012, 015, 016, 017, 018, 020, 021, 023, 024, 025, 026, 028, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 035, 037, 038, 039, and 040.

7. For including facial videos/images in scientific publications, I will only use the videos/images of the following participants: 001, 002, 004, 005, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 015, 016, 017, 020, 021, 023, 024, 025, 026, 030, 031, 032, 033, 034, 037, 038, 039, and 040.

8. For showing facial videos/images in public presentations to non-scientific groups, I will only use the videos/images of the following participants: 004, 005, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 015, 016, 017, 020, 023, 025, 030, 032, 037, 038, 039, and 40.

9. For showing facial videos/images on television and radio, I will only use the videos/images of the following participants: 004, 005, 007, 008, 009, 010, 012, 015, 016, 017, 020, 023, 032, 037, 038, 039, and 040.
