Holland Patent COVID-19 Testing Survey
The COVID-19 infection rate in Oneida County continues to increase and Districts throughout our region have been designation in yellow zones.  Schools in “yellow zones” must test 20 percent of in-person students and staff in each building over a two-week period in order to remain open and provide in-person instruction.

In order to determine if the District can meet the testing requirements necessary to remain open to in-person instruction, we need to know how many students/staff members are willing to voluntarily get tested. The failure to test 20 percent of our in-person population would require the district to convert to 100 percent remote instruction until the “yellow zone” designation is lifted.

For more information on yellow zone designations, please visit our District website or New York State Move Forward website @ https://forward.ny.gov/.
