Lakecrest Independent School aims to empower students to be effective, independent learners who are principled and confident in their abilities and actions within the local and global community. As this is Lakecrest’s 25th year, the Alumni Committee is reaching out to the Lakecrest Community to gather nominations of notable alumni who have continued to uphold the Lakecrest mission and have contributed to their communities or Lakecrest in one of the following areas:
 
Community Outreach/ Social Action - The recipient has shown a superior commitment to a community or cause. He or she serves as an example of compassion, selflessness and social conscience through gifts of support (time or financial).

The Arts- She or he has achieved substantial success and made significant contribution to the Arts.  Candidates could be visual or performing artists as well as writers, authors, and professionals working in other artistic spaces to promote the arts and further the discipline.

Personal Achievement - This award is honoring individuals who have achieved notable personal success in their endeavors by demonstrating resilience and determination.

Business -The recipient embodies the qualities of an exemplary business leader who has career accomplishments that warrant recognition. The candidate is also someone who remains dedicated to making his or her community better outside of the workplace.
