2024 Children's Camp Registration Form
June 10-14, 2024

Those who are eligible for Children's camp are boys and girls who have completed 3rd-6th grade, only!

Please complete this form and the Laclede Baptist Camp Health Registration Form.

Camp fee is $55.00 (nonrefundable). Fees are due with camp registration form. There is a $20 late fee after noon on May 24th. Pre-Registration is highly recommended.

Payment Options:
  1. Make checks payable to Laclede Baptist Camp and send them to: Laclede Baptist Association, 389 South Madison, Lebanon, MO 65536 
  2. Stop by the Laclede Baptist Association Office and pay in person. Monday-Thursday 9am- 1pm or Friday 11am-3pm. Locked drop box is also available at the office.

CAMPERS MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEE 9:30AM & 10:30AM FRIDAY 
No lunch is served on Monday or Friday

Free T-Shirt if your registration is in the association office before noon on May 24, 2024. We cannot be responsible if you, or your church, do not return the registration form into our office by the deadline.
