Take Giancarlo Esposito, Hollywood's most bankable star, for instance. A couple of years ago, I had the privilege of starring in a limited release film with him. Witnessing and learning from his talent and professionalism firsthand was truly enlightening.

Furthermore, I had the honor of having Chris Rock make a cameo appearance in my first award-winning documentary. 

But my journey doesn't stop there. I have had the opportunity to collaborate, mentor, and work with over 671 CEOs, chairs, business leaders, and change-makers who are making a significant impact globally.

One such leader is Ann Mitu, whose aspiration to become an actress was realized after participating in our growth and scaling sessions. Her talent and dedication earned her a nomination for television's highest honor, the Emmys. Additionally, she founded Young Mothers Africa (YMA), and her remarkable achievements were recognized by Melinda Gates and the Gates Foundation. Elle Magazine named her the sixth most influential woman in the world, alongside celebrated personalities like Emma Watson.

With close to three million lives touched by our scaling program, this validates the effectiveness of our approach.
