This intimate retreat will take place on Bowen Island, British Columbia at Nectar Retreat Center on October 9 - 13 (Wednesday - Sunday), 2024. This retreat is an opportunity to explore the intersection of yoga, service, and creativity in your own life and participate in wise council with a community of women on a similar journey.

Jen Lo and Hana Raftery support yoginis, creatives, and service-based entrepreneurs exploring the intersection of YOGA, SERVICE and CREATIVITY.  

This retreat is for…

  • Dedicated yoga practitioners and yoga teachers looking to deepen their teaching and their practice
  • Women longing to reconnect to their creative life force
  • Creatives and service-based entrepreneurs (artists, writers, yoga teachers, healers, therapists, herbalists, etc.) who want to make a living doing what they love

As you bring your creative work to life, it will bring you back to life.

SAMPLE DAILY RETREAT SCHEDULE

8:00am—Vinyasa practice with Jen or Hana

9:45am—Breakfast

11:00am—Wise Council (a space to share about your wins and challenges in your spiritual practice, creative life, or entrepreneurship journey and give and receive feedback in community)

1:00pm—Lunch

—Rest/ Explore/ Make Art/ Co-work/ Share Your Work—

6:15pm—Dinner

8:15pm—Yin, Restorative, or Yoga Nidra practice with Jen or Hana


You will leave the retreat with:

  • Improved clarity about your creative endeavors

  • Specific skills and practices that you can use for a lifetime to activate creative energy in your body and feel more vibrant and alive

  • The support of a conscious and creative community and wise council

Pricing:

  • Retreat pricing is all inclusive of programming, lodging, meals, and gratuity. The range is $1550 - $3200 per person depending on lodging choice

  • Transportation to and from Bowen Island is not included
