This is at least a one semester commitment. Volunteers serve lunch and welcome the children 10:45-1:00 on their designated day. Sign up to serve once every other week (2x per month). *Must be reliable and must find a replacement in the event of a cancellation. Please rank your choices (1 being first choice). Parking will be available in the traffic circle this year.

Below please find descriptions of some PIE committees and school events that require help throughout the school year. Please check the areas in which you would like to be involved (no limit).

PLAYDATE BY THE PONDS: (Sept 14, 10 am to 1 pm, one-hour shifts) Volunteer to assist with games and activities and/or set up/break down on this fun campus event open to the greater community

ASPEN COUNTRY DAY CUP: ( Sept 16) Aid organizers with this community golf event in the areas of sponsorship, promotion, set up/clean up, etc.

ACDS ALL SCHOOL PLAY PROGRAM BOOKLET: (Oct-Dec 2019) Assist play producers by soliciting and tracking advertising from local businesses for the program booklet that helps fund the play

GRANDPARENTS AND SPECIAL FRIENDS DAY: (May 8) Be on a committee to host grandparents and special friends at a gathering at school

TEACHER APPRECIATION: Various times throughout the year including Tuesday, May 5 (National Teacher Appreciation Day). Help chair Alicia Dewey show the love to our wonderful teachers and staff!

BOARDING SCHOOL FAIR: (October 19) Volunteer to assist with our Annual Fair, where families learn about great options for high school. Schools from all over the country attend the fair. Volunteer efforts include set up, registration and breakdown

BLUE GREEN NIGHT: (April 4) Assist organizers with our school benefit in areas such as promotion, auction, sponsorship, set up/clean up, etc.

WELCOMING: (For 2020-2021) Be that friendly face for new families and help with their transition into ACDS. Reach out during the summer, host playdates, answer questions, etc. Year long commitment
