AES Student Conference Travel Fund

Through the Ashton Welch Memorial Student Travel Fund Award, small grants are made available as a contribution towards the travel costs of the student attending and presenting at the AES Annual Conference. The awards are given annually and presented at the Awards Ceremony.

Note: This award is offered only if funds are available. Applications accepted through September 2, 2023

Criteria

The applicant must:

Be a current student --high school, undergrad or graduate
Preference is given to a person authoring or co-authoring a paper that is presented at the conference.
