This questionnaire is used to collect data from students on food services, quality and systems.  This survey is anonymous unless you would like to provide your details below.

WE VALUE YOUR FEEDBACK and take food safety extremely seriously, If you have a contamination or safety issue we require a sample of the of the product/meal.  Please supply the sample to the catering staff in the first instance then proceed with your feedback giving as much detail as possible, we ask you to provide your contact details at the time of the complaint so we can follow up with you on the completion of our investigation.

DID YOU KNOW?  There is 2x dedicated food reps  that you can discuss the catering services with further, this person meets with the catering manager and halls manager regularly and would be happy to speak to management on your behalf.

You may not realise that every time you FOB we get this data and this helps us to provide info to the caterers on how many meals they should prepare and what foods are liked and what aren't, as well as covering busy periods for more food and not wasting it on times when people are not here to enjoy it.
