Mental Health During Quarantine Recruiting Survey
Hello,

We are three students attending California College of the Arts in San Francisco. As designers, we want to create products that are best suited for your needs.

We would like to ask you,
"How might we improve mental health when staying at home for long periods of time?"

For our Design Research class, we would like to survey individuals who have had to stay indoors as a result of the pandemic and therefore experienced a decrease in the exposure to sunlight they’ve had. A lack of vitamin D leads to body aches, depression, mood swings, fatigue, and sleep deprivation, and we would like to see how we can creatively combat these issues.
