Thank you for making the time to volunteer! Please let us know of your availability so we can schedule you in to run battles. OBOB is a ~1 1/2 hour weekly commitment during January and February 2023. Typically we will schedule you to volunteer on the same day every week.

We have found that the most effective way to learn to conduct battles is by watching other battles. We plan to begin battles the first day back from winter break. These are opportunities for you to watch live and understand the dynamics of an actual battle, as well as ways of managing students. Please attend as many as you would like before you feel comfortable with conducting battles. *

While we do not honor requests to officiate at your student's battles, we do not mind if you are presiding at your student's battle. This is as long as you can be impartial at the battle. If you prefer not to be at your child's battle, we can try to schedule around it. *
