TESOL 2021 - Program Administration Interest Section (PAIS): Call for Panelists
TESOL's PAIS is seeking program administrators from a variety of educational settings to join our panel for TESOL '21 to share how you are administrating your programs while working or managing remotely. Title and abstract are below. If interested, please submit this form by 6pm (ET) on Monday, October 12th.

At this time, we don't know if TESOL '21 will be held in person in Houston or virtually, but do recognize that many institutions won't be funding, or perhaps even allowing, in-person conference attendance by next spring. Thank you in advance for expressing your interest in joining our panel despite the uncertainties that exist at many of our workplaces currently.

Title: Effectively Administrating Language Programs in a Remote, Socially Distanced World

Abstract:
This session will feature multiple panelists presenting best practices for leadership of remotely delivered language programs with a particular focus on how to address common complications found in this environment, such as staying student centered, mentoring teachers, conducting virtual classroom observations, advising students, managing resources, and navigating time differences.
