Please note that we require copies of the following documentation to support your application:

- Your child’s birth certificate.
- Parents' proof of address.  (For British Forces families not currently resident in Hillingdon, proof of posting will be sufficient.)

The name of your child, and your name and address, must match the information on your application form. We reserve the right to request further documentation if there is a question concerning the validity of the address.

Copies of your child's birth certificate and your proof of address can be emailed to our Office Team at hillprimary@hillingdonprimaryschool.org.uk, or alternatively copies may be brought into the school or sent via post.
