Minnieology Gifts Custom Box Request Form

Thank you for your interest in a customized curated Minnieology Gift Box.

Minimum order for custom boxes is $100 and includes US shipping.  I also have a Build A Gift Box where you can select your own gifts - https://www.minnieology.com/customized or prepackaged gift boxes https://www.minnieology.com/giftboxes.

The goal:  Thoughtfully curate and source items that are environmentally friendly and from small businesses when possible.

Please note supply chains have been limited to only essential businesses therefore not all items can be sourced easily or with quick shipping.  We will do our best to provide you with the best options and shipping times are delayed so please consider requesting your box extra early.  

How to Order:
1. Complete the custom order form in its entirety,  missing information may cause delays as this form helps consolidate all your information in one place.  A proposal will be provided within 2-3 business days.

2. Lead time for orders from proposal approval to delivery is between 7-15 business days from the date of payment confirmation.  Requests received after 1 pm PT will be reviewed the next business day.  
3.  Please add shop@minnieology.com to your address book to prevent emails from going into your spam folder.

Would you like to include a Minnieology soy wax candle (7 oz.) or a reed diffuser (4 oz.)?  The candles are 100% soy wax, non-toxic fragrance, cotton wicks, and soy wax color.  The reed diffuser is made of reed base and non-toxic fragrance.  The fragrances are made with infused essential oils with no phthalates and considered toxic free. You will select the fragrance and type during checkout. *
Select the color theme for the box.  Minnieology will select 1-2 pages from this theme to decorate the box and includes occasion message(s) inside the box flap(s). *
Would you like biodegradable peanuts or crinkled paper in the package? *
