eWeek Registration - Clubs
Welcome to 2023 eWeek registration! 
We are so happy that your club wants to participate in a week long celebration of the engineering community.
Early-bird registration (with a 20 point bonus!): Friday, January 20, 2023 @ 11:59 PM
Final Deadline: Friday, February 10th, 2023 at 11:59 PM

If you said yes to the previous question, what is your event? 
Event details don't have to be final. It is okay if your event changes between now and the due date for event details and approval. (February 13, 2023 @ 8pm).
Note: As soon as your details are finalized (event location, date and time, activity, flyer, etc), please send them to Aaliyah at aaliyahmazzeo@arizona.edu. A calendar with the ONLY date and time of every club event will be made public for other clubs. This is to reduce event time overlap.
Do you need any support from ESC for eWeek? If so, what support?
OPTIONAL: For the opening and closing ceremonies, we invite a few UA faculty and industry professionals to come give a short speech. Feel free to share anyone you would like to hear from during the ceremonies. This can be a professor, an advisor, a mentor, a role model, etc.
